HOW THE PROCESS WORKS (4 Easy Steps)
1.Send an email to inquire about the dates & unit(s) you are interested in. We will provide a prompt response with availability and rates.
2. If you would like to book the unit, we require a Visa (preferred) or MasterCard number with the expiry date to process the 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due 1 month prior to the rental.
3. Upon processing the deposit, we will email you a copy of the lease agreement which you fill out and return to us.
4. 2-3 weeks before your stay, we will provide you with rental instructions including the lock box code, the check in/out procedure and rules.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is included in the rate?
All fees are included in the rental rate. Rates are subject to the 11% Florida tax rate. (there are no hidden cleaning, pet or other fees)
What forms of payment are accepted?
The preferred method of payment is Visa, personal check, certified check or money order. Master Card is also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted if your check in date is less than one month away.
What is the cancellation policy?
If the unit can be re-rented at the same or higher rate, then all funds received will be returned to you less a $100 administration fee. If the unit cannot be re-rented then we retain your deposit. If the time is re-rented at a rate lower than what you rented it for, the difference plus $100 will we retained. The more notice provided increases the chance we can rerent the unit.
How do we get the keys?
There is a lock box on the unit door that you will receive the combination for. Not having to check in through a rental office will allow you to check in past the check in time at your convenience.
Are Pets Allowed?
Rules vary by complex, please refer to the ‘Condo & Unit Information’ Page
Is there wireless internet in each unit?
Yes, each unit has free high speed wireless internet.
Are there TV’s in the unit?
Yes, all units have at least 2 TV’s, with the living room TV being a 42” or 50” Plasma. Please inquire for unit specific details.
Is there a washer and dryer in the unit?
Yes, each condo has a full size washer and dryer inside of the unit.
Are there any beach supplies or towels provided?
Each unit contains a minimum of the following items for your use: 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, beach towels and toys.
Is there a dishwasher in the unit?
Yes, each unit has a dishwasher.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pools at each complex are heated.
Do all complexes have an elevator?
Yes, all of the complexes have an elevator.
Does the unit have kitchen utensils/accessories?
Yes, all units are fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances (ie: coffee maker, microwave, etc.), etc.
Do we have to bring any linens or towels?
No, each unit is equipped with adequate linens and towels.
Are the units wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all units are wheelchair accessible.
Is there a daily maid service?
No, there is not a daily maid service. However, when you arrive, your unit will be clean.
Is there a barbeque or grill on the balcony or patio?
No, there is a bylaw that states that you are not allowed charcoal or gas grills on balconies or patios.
Is there a minimum age requirement to rent a unit?
Yes, the minimum age requirement is 25.
Are you allowed to smoke in the unit?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside of all units. However, you are allowed to smoke on the balcony/patio.
Is there a minimum stay for renting a unit?
Yes there is a 3 night minimum stay.
