Do you have discounts for long term rentals?

Yes. Stays of 7 nights or more will automatically include a discount built into the price quoted online.

Do I save money by booking on this website?

Yes. By booking a property directly through our website not only are you guaranteed the lowest price available, but you also do not have to pay any additional booking fees. We pass the savings onto you as the guest!

How much of a deposit is required to reserve a property?

Half of the total rental amount is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to check-in. If the rental is made within 30 days of check-in, the full amount is due upon reservation.

How much are taxes and are there any other fees?

Taxes are 12% of the rental amount. There are no other fees of any kind.

What type of payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Both credit and debit cards are accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

The option purchase travel insurance is provided at the time of check-out when booking through our website.

If you purchase the insurance, you may cancel your trip for any reason up to 48 hours before check in and receive a 75% refund on what you have already paid (excluding the cost of the insurance). Cancellations within 48 hours of check in are not entitled to a refund.

If you decline the trip cancellation insurance, you are still entitled to our regular cancellation policy, which allows for cancellations from the time of booking until 30 days before arrival to only be charged 50% of the total rental amount. Cancellations made within 30 days will result in a full charge.

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. If you are interested in an early check-in, please contact us a few days prior to your arrival to inquire about availability. If we are able to accommodate your request, an early check-in fee will apply. If you have not made specific arrangements with us in advance, please ensure you do not arrive at the property before the 3:00pm check-in time.

How do we get into the unit?

We will email you a copy of the rental instructions 14 days before your check-in. The instructions will include your code to gain access to the unit. You do not need to meet up with anyone so you can arrive at your own convenience, anytime after check-in.

Is housekeeping service provided?

The unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and following your departure. Daily housekeeping during your stay is not provided.

Are the properties pet friendly?

We offer both pet friendly and non pet friendly options. You can filter for your prefered property type on the “Browse Vacation Rentals” page. Please pay close attention to quantity and weight restrictions.

What amenities are provided?

Each property and building are unique. You can see a full list of the amenities by clicking on any given property on the search page. Every building has a heated pool and all of our properties come with a full kitchen, free WiFi, linens, towels, and beach accessories.

What is provided in the kitchen?

The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker) and cookware (cutlery, glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc).

Is there a washer and dryer inside the unit?

Most units have a washer and dryer inside the unit, while the others have them available at the building. You can see which units have an in-unit washer and dryer by clicking on the property.

Are beach supplies provided?

Yes, an umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, body boards, beach towels and beach toys are provided in the unit for your use.

Is there wireless internet in the unit?

Yes, free WiFi is provided in every property. The network name and password are provided in your rental instructions.

Is parking included?

Yes, parking is included for multiple vehicles at no additional cost. Please note that the various condominium buildings have differing restrictions on vehicle types and quantities. Please refer to the individual property terms and conditions for the specific rules relating to parking.

Do you provide baby equipment?

If there is anything specific you require please let us know in advance and we can put you in touch with local companies that can provide and deliver the equipment.

Are the buildings on the beach?

Yes, each of the properties is located right on the beach and have direct access to the beach.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our units. If smoke is detected in the unit there will be a minimum $250 cleaning charge applied.

Will we receive a refund in the unlikely event of a hurricane?

Yes, in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation order you would receive a refund for the nights you are not able to use the property. Otherwise, refunds for bad weather are not provided.
